We are currently hiring a full time Community Hero (aka Groundskeeper) The primary responsibilities for this role will be:Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)LandscapingPlowing and Salting in winter monthsRepair of Water/Sewer lines when needed

Repair and maintenance of onsite structures, grounds and equipment, as needed

Assist in evictions (Securing and padlocking homes)
Troubleshoot problem areas

Respond immediately to any emergency calls

Other related duties as assigned

Must be able to:

Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectively

Work independently

Multitask

Operate large machinery when necessary

Occasionally lift 50lbs or more Alternate frequently between walking, crawling, crouching, squatting, climbing and sitting

Experience Desired:
