Groundskeeper

The Willows of West Hills is looking for a Groundskeeper to help keep our property looking great! This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a fun, hardworking team.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including driveways, parking lots, walkways, breezeways, pool areas, and trash collection zones.
• Perform routine tasks such as litter removal, pressure washing, blowing debris, changing light bulbs, and snow removal.
• Assist the maintenance team with service requests and light repairs.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with residents and team members.
• Use computers and mobile devices to access email and company software.
• Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Manage and care for tools, equipment, and supplies.

• At least 1 year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred.
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is a plus.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
• Ability to operate a golf cart.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report prior to employment.
