Malibu Boats is seeking a QMS Engineer to lead the Quality Management System at the Malibu Boats manufacturing facility. You will implement, maintain, and continuously improve the QMS and serve as the SME for quality system requirements, document control, audits, and training.
You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, and Quality to ensure quality standards and documentation are applied consistently, support enterprise quality initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
