The Howard H. Baker Jr. School of Public Policy and Public Affairs at UT Knoxville seeks its inaugural Associate Dean of Research (ADR). The ADR will shape research strategy, expand sponsored funding toward $2M annually by 2030, and build infrastructure for a growing research enterprise.
Reporting to the Dean, the ADR will liaison across the University and with TVA, ORNL, and Y-12, coordinating policy-relevant scholarship and helping recruit and retain top faculty.
