Aimbridge Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef with supervision and preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes.;
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and safety in kitchen, work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.;
Create menus and food presentation; oversee kitchen personnel and ensure plating standards and use records.;
Monitor banquet and catering activity; review house counts, forecasts and VIP lists; manage inventories.;
Expedite peak meal periods with a hands-on approach and ensure timely set up and staffing.
