Retail Project Manager

Overview

The Retail Project Coordinator is a critical member of the Retail Group at House-Hasson Hardware. This team member will be vital to the day-to-day success of the team. We are looking for a dynamic individual who brings innovative ideas, enjoys keeping projects on task, and has strong organizational skills.

• Ownership of keeping a repository of Retail Store Set Contracts for projects. Actively monitor the progress of each project by ensuring it stays within defined budget parameters.
• Responsible for tracking projects and accurately maintaining status updates weekly.
• Management of warehouse inventory for Store Set supplies, Fixtures, and Accessories. Coordinate addition of stocked items as needed.
• Assist in coordination with Project Manager of in-house billing of Store Set project with credit department.
• Maintain a master copy of “Big Deal” and “Fresh Start” programs.
• Process promotional credits as projects come to completion.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times demanding environment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software. Experience in MS Excel is a must.

College degree preferred OR equivalent related work experience.
