What You'll Do

Support daily operations in both the processing and retail departments Welcome and assist donors and customers in a friendly, timely, and professional manner Help create a positive experience that reflects appreciation, hospitality, and excellent service Assist with stocking sales floor merchandise and organizing clothing racks and displays Help maintain an orderly, clean, and efficient work environment Complete tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Work closely with store leadership and team members to meet operational needs Travel with the Operations Support Team from store to store within the assigned zone, as needed Contribute to a healthy team culture that supports the mission of KARM Stores

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements

Stand for up to 100% of the workday Walk for up to 75% of the workday Use hands continuously throughout the workday Bend and lift throughout the day Communicate effectively in person and by phone as needed
