Provide guidance and direction for the successful operation of a specific zone within the store's retail sales floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery for the assigned zone;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee stocking of merchandise and ensure proper scheduling and staffing for unload/processing and floor replenishment;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and communicate directives to ensure follow-up; perform store opening/closing duties when needed
