Job Description The Knoxville Ice Bears are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Team Store Manager to lead all aspects of the team’s retail and e-commerce operations. This position is responsible for stocking the store, online order fulfillment, game-day retail operations, staff hiring and supervision, website management, customer service communications, and retail reporting and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the Team Store is fully stocked, accurately priced, clean, and ready for every game and event while maintaining all point-of-sale and operational equipment and delivering an exceptional fan experience both in person and online.

The Team Store Manager reports to the General Manager and Purchasing Manager. They also work closely with the Director of Game Operations to align merchandise with the brand and game promotions.

This position will require 20-40 hours a week, ~20 hours outside game days and ~8-10 hours per game day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage stocking store
* Fulfill online orders (shipping and pickup)
* Manage/Hire game day staff
* Manage Website
* Manage ordering of store supplies
* Run reports and reconcilliation
* Customer service communications (email, shopify inbox)
* Confirm everything is stocked, priced properly, clean, and ready for games Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail operations, merchandising, or e-commerce; ideally experience is within sports or entertainment
* Experience using point of sale (Shopify preferred), inventory systems, and website management
* Confident running game-day retail in a fast environment
* Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
* Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays during the season
* Able to life and move merchandise inventory as needed
