I opened my agency in 2013, and today I have two full‑time team members who help me take great care of our customers. State Farm has been part of my life for as long as I can remember—my dad was a State Farm agent for 45 years, and after graduating, I began my career working in his office. That experience shaped everything about the way I run my own agency today.

My husband is also a State Farm agent, and we stay very active with our family. We have triplets who are now in college, along with two younger kids. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me gardening, scuba diving, reading, or getting a good workout in—it keeps me grounded and energized. I offer health benefits and a life insurance policy for my team, and I care deeply about maintaining a supportive, drama‑free workplace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Sunny Hall Snoeyenbos - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
