This is a full-time on-site role located in Knoxville, TN, for a New Business Development professional. The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute business plans, and manage client relations. Responsibilities include generating new sales leads, qualifying leads and setting appointments for an outside team. This is a base plus commission role. Qualifications- Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Development
- Strong skills in Sales and Business Planning to drive initiatives and achieve company goals
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is an advantage
