Primary
Duties / Responsibilities:
* Assist as contact for customer and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with colleagues and internal group as needed to solve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipelines.
* Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
* Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals on existing and new products or services.
* Participate in sales team meetings to align strategies and offerings.
* Generate regular reports on sales performance and account status using Power BI.
Dates of internship:mid/late May-early/mid August 2026
Educational Requirements:
Qualified candidates will be a junior or sophomore during Fall of 2026 with a degree focus in Marketing.
