Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Knoxville, TN. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and managing leads, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, managing accounts, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a focus on meeting sales targets and contributing to company growth.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Account Management skills to maintain and grow client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with the construction or protective canopy industry is advantageous
