Position: Sewing Machine Operator (B-Shift)

Mission

As the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Qore Performance, you will lead the transformation from founder‑led sales to a scalable enterprise sales function. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales cycle—from inbound and outbound prospecting of key decision‑makers, articulating our innovative products during discovery calls, scoping pilots, conducting commercial reviews, to finalizing deals. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the sales culture at Qore Performance.

Our customers represent the best of the best - from leading QSR organizations to elite military special forces. Your mission: build a world‑class sales team to deliver our best‑in‑class solutions to these exceptional customers.

Compensation

Uncapped Commission: We take pride in rewarding winners.

Objective

1.First Week: Deliver a compelling pitch of our product to the CEO.

2.First Month: Assume responsibility for the qualified inbound sales pipeline + collaborate closely with the CEO to close a $100k+ deal.

3.First Quarter: Secure an outbound deal, demonstrating proactive sales initiatives, hire #2 sales employee (Field Training Specialist).

2.Competitive Drive: A proven track record of success in sales, sports, or other competitive arenas.

3.Sales Mastery: Demonstrated expertise and passion for sales, striving to be the best.

4.Startup Mentality: Willingness to embrace uncertainty and make necessary sacrifices for growth.

5.Innovative Thinking: Proactively generate new ideas and drive them to fruition, either independently or by collaborating effectively with the team.

Qualifications

1.2-3 years of B2B closing experience.

2.A minimum of 2 years holding a direct sales quota.

3.Proven track record of independently closing deals valued at $100k or more.

4.Technical background, education, or experience in selling products to safety, procurement, environmental, legal, insurance, or technical stakeholders.
