This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Knoxville Metropolitan Area. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to provide tailored product recommendations, assist in the sales process, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, showcasing product knowledge, responding to inquiries, and meeting sales targets while upholding the company's quality and service standards.

• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience, including the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge or familiarity with granite or similar household materials is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working in an on-site retail or showroom environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or sales is advantageous
