Field Marketing Representative

Overview

Exterior Home Solutions is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as a Canvasser. You’ll help homeowners connect with trusted roofing solutions and be rewarded for the results you generate.

Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour.

Commission: $100 for every estimate completed by your assigned sales representative. $200 additional bonus if the sale closes the same day.

Monthly Bonus Potential:
Earn up to $10,000 per month based on sales from your leads.

• Engage with homeowners and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Full-time availability required.
• No prior experience needed – training is provided.

• Hourly pay range: $20.00 – $22.50 per hour.
