Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter;
Monitor access points and trailer and/or yard activity as assigned, reporting suspicious or unauthorized activity according to post orders;
Complete required reports and logs, including incident documentation, patrol observations, and shift handoffs using site and Allied Universal reporting processes
