Surveillance Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to detect, document, and respond to potential security threats across various settings.

• Location:
  
  Knoxville, Tennessee
• Schedule:
  
  Full time, Wednesday through Sunday; evenings/mornings, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 per hour. Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees.

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferable.
• State license, if required.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
