Installer II – Loudon, TN
House Smart Construction – Installer II
House Smart’s Installer II will be one of the key players in the setup of manufactured homes. This role will work with the Crew Chief and team to ensure the home is set up safely and efficiently. You will learn many technical skills and we train new hires to develop the skills needed to succeed.
- Support the Crew Chief and team with safely setting up the manufactured home.
- Own various construction tasks needed to set up the home independently and quickly.
- Install vapor barriers, level and bolt floors and walls, anchor walls, and perform other technical tasks.
- Perform basic masonry work and assist with electrical and plumbing crossovers.
- Assist with bonding wires and repair bottom board.
- Help new team members develop and learn new skills safely.
- Partner with the Crew Chief to understand what needs to be done for the day.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- $16.50 - $19.00 an hour (depending on experience).
- Paid weekly.
- General construction experience.
- Enjoy working with your hands and being outdoors.
- Looking to learn and grow your career.
- Comfortable with heights, using a ladder, crawl spaces, and can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Proficient with hand/power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, and an impact wrench.
