This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
.

In this role with our construction team, you'll assist with installing HVAC systems in new residential construction and renovation projects. You'll deliver materials to team leads, keep tools organized, maintain clean and safe work sites, and document actions accurately. You'll also interact with customers professionally, ensuring their needs are always the priority.

• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to install, maintain, clean, and design a complete residential HVAC system, including equipment and ductwork
• Willingness to learn HVAC design and installation
• A "can-do" attitude and solid problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
• Ability to work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Professional appearance and personality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
