- Perform general maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond to service requests and emergency calls (on-call rotation required)

- Maintenance or trade experience preferred, but not required
- HVAC knowledge a plus; EPA certification preferred
- Basic tools and reliable transportation
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to work independently and communicate well with residents and team members
- Physically able to walk properties, lift 25+ lbs, and work indoors/outdoors
