Now, we're hiring a full-time HVAC Construction Leader to oversee projects throughout the Knoxville area and make sure we complete the best work possible for clients.

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Overseeing HVAC helpers, other trade workers, and external partners to make sure they complete accurate, safe, and compliant work
• Efficiently assigning tasks to meet daily productivity goals
• Maintaining open and smooth communication between field crews, project managers, contractors, and other involved parties
• Completing on-site safety and quality inspections, maintaining detailed job documentation, and making sure work trucks are appropriately stocked with materials
• Quickly solving problems and jumping in as needed to ensure a successful project

• Proven experience leading a construction crew
• Experience building mechanical rooms and installing HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, work at heights, and work in confined spaces
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
