Heavy Equipment Shop Technician Job Knoxville area,Tennessee USA,Trades / Skilled Labor

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc.
Inspect equipment to identify mechanical issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Assist with equipment upgrades and modifications as needed

Work Environment:

Shop-based role with occasional outdoor work.
Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
