In House Trade - Ceiling

Bonitz, Inc. is looking for a full‑time, commercial installer who has the capacity to lead and influence both internally and externally. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and sustain long‑term relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, owners, end users, and internal team members. This person is an expert at learning and understanding the industry and manages overall implementation of multiple projects, safely and with high quality.

Bonitz designs and installs custom flooring, walls, ceilings, and cladding systems. We offer access, terrazzo and other specialty flooring as well as floor care. Bonitz has divisions in SC, NC, GA, TN, VA, LA, and FL.

• Load and unload materials
• Installation of flooring, drywall, and cladding systems
• Maintain equipment and tools; job‑site clean‑up
• Complete pre‑work for installation, including leveling floor, floor removal, moving furniture, etc.
• Use common hand tools such as saws, finish nails, and utility knives
• Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner
• Properly handle company machinery and power tools
• Review each work order
• Be responsible for each project and the quality of the work completed

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking, time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Commercial construction experience required; flooring specific experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications

• Conduct safety inspections on all job sites
• Ensure all safety training and certifications are up to date or scheduled
• Stay compliant with all Bonitz safety policies to ensure a safe and efficient workplace
• Commit to working safely while accomplishing all tasks
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of requirements for necessary equipment and training per job
