Chancey & Reynolds Heating & Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Knoxville, Tennessee. If you're a motivated technician who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and being rewarded for your skills and performance, we'd like to talk with you.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Follow company safety standards and industry best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Work collaboratively with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and split systems
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Residential service experience - install experience a plus
- NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience with indoor air quality products and accessories
- Ability to present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and refrigeration systems
