Complete daily work order assignments;
Perform facility maintenance tasks (acoustical ceilings, metal stud walls, sheetrock, millwork, painting, lighting, furniture installation, window repair, minor plumbing, door hardware, etc.);
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as HVAC, boilers;
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and local building codes;
Respond to emergency maintenance requests after normal working hours
