Responsible for completing daily work order assignments.;
Works with construction equipment including table saws, drill press, and small hand tools.;
Performs facility maintenance tasks including installing acoustical ceilings, metal stud walls, sheetrock, and millwork; painting; lighting; facility repairs; furniture installation; window repair; minor plumbing; door frame and hardware installations; minor flooring repairs.;
Performs preventative maintenance on equipment such as HVAC and boilers.;
Inspects completed work to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and local building codes.
