Service Technician

We are seeking a hands‑on Service Technician responsible for the troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of industrial air compressor systems.

This role will be split between workshop‑based service and on‑site support across the Chicagoland area, working directly with customers to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues across a range of compressor systems
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service work
• Provide on‑site technical support to customers across the region
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction

• ~5+ years’ experience in industrial equipment maintenance or repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
• Experience working with compressors, rotating equipment, or similar industrial machinery is highly desirable

• Based in the Chicago area with flexibility to travel locally
• Self‑sufficient problem solver who can operate with minimal supervision
• High‑energy, proactive individual with a strong work ethic
• Customer‑facing mindset with a professional approach
