This is a true residential service plumber role, not construction. You will run service calls, diagnose problems, present solutions to homeowners, and complete smaller repairs on the spot. Larger installation jobs are passed to our installation team, allowing you to focus on diagnosing problems and serving customers.

• Diagnose plumbing issues in residential homes
• Explain repair options clearly to homeowners
• Carry out plumbing repairs and smaller service jobs
• Identify larger plumbing projects and pass them to the installation team
• Deliver a five‑star customer experience
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners
• Follow company standards and local plumbing codes

Performance‑based pay structure: $80,000 – $150,000+ earning potential.

• Minimum 5 years residential service plumbing experience
• Proven experience diagnosing plumbing problems in occupied homes

• Valid Tennessee driver’s license with a good driving record
