Aire Care is looking for a dependable and hardworking HVAC Install Helper to join our growing team in Knoxville, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in the HVAC trade and develop their skills alongside experienced installers.
What You’ll Do- Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations
- Help with the removal of existing HVAC equipment and installation of new systems
- Assist with ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, drains, and other installation tasks
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout each installation
- Follow instructions from Lead Installers and assist with completing jobs efficiently
- Learn proper installation techniques, tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Provide professional and respectful service while working in customers' homes
- Perform other duties as needed to support the installation team
- Previous HVAC, construction, mechanical, or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in the HVAC trade
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work throughout the day
