Responsibilities- Work safely at all times; safety is our highest priority.
- Lay out and install commercial pipes in a variety of job settings.
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles.
- Build and install hangers to hold material in place.
- Work at heights from ladders, lifts, or roofs.
- Assist with installing plumbing fixtures.
- Use a variety of power and hand tools.
- Complete online classes and at-home study with skills and textbook learning.
- High-school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with hand tools and a tape measure is a plus.
- Must be drug-free workplace compliant, punctual, reliable, and able to work in teams.
- Perform basic tape-measure math.
- Work in extremes of heat, cold, bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
- Stand and walk throughout the workday; lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
- Work efficiently in confined spaces and reach above shoulders, crawl, squat, kneel, bend.
- Exercise fine motor control with good vision and hand-eye coordination.
