Role Overview PRN, shifts available: weekends, evening call coverage and weekday coverage (when needed) Hours 8-5, round-and-go Provide psychiatric patient care to adults and adolescence in an inpatient setting Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Typical case load 14-16 patients/day Compensation and Benefits Daily rate (W2 position) Paid after-hour call coverage (voluntary/by rotation) Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage Qualifications Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a PMHNP Active DEA or willingness to obtain Minimum of 1-year experience as a PMHNP clinician in an inpatient setting Ready to make a difference?
