* About The Role:

** This position performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line. The role provides input into project plans, estimates, schedules, technical design, and development methodology for cross-functional software products. The Senior Software Engineer designs and develops software solutions across multiple systems, applications, and services. This includes analyzing business and technical requirements, building secure and maintainable solutions, supporting system integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to long-term improvements.

** This role also mentors junior team members, participates in code reviews, works closely with Agile teams and business stakeholders, and translates user or customer needs into practical technical solutions.

* Required Qualifications:

* ** 10+ years of professional software development experience**.
* Strong hands-on knowledge of
** Java
* * and
** Spring Boot**.
* Solid understanding of
** web application development**,
** REST APIs**, and
** microservices architecture**.
* Working knowledge of
** JavaScript, HTML, and CSS**.
* Working knowledge of
** SQL Server
** and relational database concepts.
* Knowledge of
** cloud platforms
** such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
* Proficiency with
** Git**, code reviews, and modern source control practices.
* Familiarity with
** CI/CD pipelines**, automated builds, and deployment processes.
* Knowledge of
** Docker
* * and container-based application delivery.
* Strong understanding of Agile software delivery.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across application, database, integration, and infrastructure layers.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
* Ability to mentor other developers and provide technical guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
