Position Information

Position: Concord Sports Team Member

Reports to: Concord Sports Director

Position type: Seasonal, part-time

Assist with a variety of duties to help Concord Sports events run smoothly. Ensuring that athletes and families feel welcome and valued as participants and are being inspired to follow Jesus.

• Uphold Biblical priorities through a growing personal relationship with Jesus.
• Become an active member of FB Concord or be an active member of a local like-minded bible teaching church.
• Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
• Encompass the qualities and characteristics of Concord staff members as outlined in our Staff Values.
• Love of Jesus, sports and children.

• Work a variety of jobs at Concord Sports events: concessions, score table, clean up, etc.
• Welcome athletes and families, help answer questions.
• Be available to help with cleaning up spills, 1st aid, etc.
• Other duties as assigned or required by CS Director or Asst Director.

Typically, a 1-day work week in a gym or field environment. Working with various socio-economic groups, ages and nationalities.
