What You'll Do:

As a Frontload CDL Driver, your responsibilities include:

* Safely operate a frontload garbage truck on designated routes throughout Knoxville.

* Follow route sheets and complete service for all assigned customers.

* Perform routine pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, including checking fluids, tires, and safety equipment.

* Communicate professionally and courteously with customers when needed.

* Assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned by leadership.

What We're Looking For:

* Valid Class A or B CDL

* Clean driving record

* At least 1 year of local route driving experience (waste industry preferred but not required)

* Strong safety mindset and dependable work ethic

* Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physically active work
