Transport, load, and unload freight between service centers and customers;
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on tractor and trailer;
Document freight control processes;
Read maps and shipping papers; ensure proper labeling and placards;
Assist customers with shipping papers and communicate with customers;
Operate a forklift to unload/load when needed;
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and participate in training programs;
Adhere to Dayton Freight Driver/Dockworker Manual and scheduling requirements
