We are currently looking for an experienced CDL Bus Driver to join our team in Knoxville, TN. As a key member, you will be responsible for safe and comfortable transportation of passengers and upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• $20.42/hour for training
• $22.06/hour for Operator in Service (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay Scale)
• Starting pay up to $22.06 with progression for years of service
• $1,500 Sign‑on Bonus for credentialed Operators – CDL with P Endorsement

• Vacation: up to 14 days per year
• Unpaid Sick Leave: 16 hours yearly for full‑time employees

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules and adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance toward passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and air brake endorsement
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions—100% of the job is performed outside, alone, and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
