Inventory Controller / Assistant – Knoxville, TN
The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Controller / Assistant to join our Knoxville laboratory team on the 1st shift. This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, storage, distribution, and documentation of materials, supplies, and specimens to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
Additional DetailsContract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Pay: $14 to $16 per hour (W2)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM CST
- Receive, unpack, and log materials & specimens
- Prepare outgoing shipments & maintain records
- Store and organize inventory
- Investigate shipment delays
- Perform facility upkeep and minor maintenance
- Follow SOPs and EHS safety protocols
- Lift up to 50 lbs; wear required PPE
- Perform other duties as needed
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work overnight shifts
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience with SAP or material handling
