Warehouse Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by operating forklifts, moving and organizing inventory, stocking incoming materials, and staging orders for shipping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Pay:

• Starting at $18.00/hr.

Shifts:

• Day

Shift: Monday– Friday | 6: 00 AM – 6: 00 PM

• Night

Shift: Monday– Friday | 6: 00 PM – 6: 00 AM

• Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory safely and efficiently.

• Stock inbound materials and maintain organized storage locations.

• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipping and production needs.

• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with tracking and recordkeeping.

• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

• Support special projects and additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

• Work overtime as needed to support shipping and production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience preferred.

• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required in a warehouse setting.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
