Experienced Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to join our Parts Shipping/Receiving team. In this role, you will ensure accurate, reliable, and damage-free shipment of outgoing parts orders while also receiving incoming parts into inventory and supporting internal teams with parts picking for work orders.

• Accurately pick, verify, package, and ship outgoing parts orders, ensuring all items match the order and are shipped complete and on time
• Package shipments to prevent damage in transit, using appropriate materials and handling practices based on product type
• Photograph all outgoing shipments prior to sealing for quality control and documentation
• Process shipments through UPS and Fed Ex systems, ensuring correct labels, documentation, and routing to minimize errors, returns, and customer issues
• Receive incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage or discrepancies before entering into inventory
• Accurately enter received parts into inventory, ensuring proper location and stock levels
• Assist internal teams by picking and staging parts for work orders, supporting production and service needs
• Manage and prioritize shipping schedules, notifying management if delays occur
• Process required shipping documentation, including customs paperwork for international shipments
• Coordinate with inventory control to track and fulfill back-ordered items
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area, including shipping supply levels
• Remain on-site until all daily carrier pickups (Fed Ex/UPS) are completed

• 2-4 years of progressive, relevant experience in warehouse operations and shipping
• Inventory control and cycle count experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate company vehicles
• Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain certification; skid steer experience helpful
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Good communication skills for coordinating with carriers, customers, and internal teams
• Proficiency with PC platforms, office software, and shipping systems (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs regularly and work in a physical, fast-paced warehouse environment

• Competitive Pay:
  On-target earnings between $17-20 per hour DOE

This on-site role is located on Anderson Rd in the Knoxville, TN area.
