Culinary Reciever

ARAMARK is seeking a Culinary Receiver to support our Accommodation & Food Services operations. In this role, you will receive, inspect, and verify incoming food and supply deliveries, ensuring quality, accuracy, and proper documentation. You will rotate and label stock, maintain inventory, and store items according to food safety and sanitation standards. Working closely with culinary and warehouse teams, you'll help ensure production areas are stocked, organized, and compliant with HACCP and company guidelines.

This position requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and adherence to Aramark's values of safety, teamwork, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming food and supply deliveries against invoices and purchase orders
• Check product quality, temperature, and expiration dates to meet food safety standards
• Label, date, and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures
• Store food and supplies in appropriate dry, refrigerated, and frozen areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages or discrepancies
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and related equipment safely
• Keep receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation guidelines
• Coordinate with culinary and warehouse teams to ensure timely stocking of production areas
• Follow HACCP, safety, and company compliance procedures
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits
