• Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourage others to do the same
• Safely operate forklift and/or other machinery to load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products
• Work cooperatively and productively with supervisors and other associates to complete tasks
• Arrange cartons on pallets, considering size, weight, and height
• Load trucks, accounting for cubic weight, size, and product characteristics
• Receive and pick products with little supervision
• Provide outstanding service to customers, maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned work in a timely manner
• Maintain the distribution center and/or warehouse work area free of trash and correctly locate products
• Perform additional duties as assigned by distribution center or warehouse management

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be eighteen years of age or older.
