Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and articulate Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role is ideal for a motivated professionals (3–5 years of experience) who possesses exceptional communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring operational efficiency and professional excellence. Prior experience in a similar role is required.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling complex meetings across time zones and coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and edit high-level professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, as well as external partners and stakeholders.
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation with the highest level of integrity.
Assist in preparing agendas and materials for board meetings, executive briefings, and town halls.
Utilize strong writing skills to assist in drafting internal communications and professional content as needed.

Qualifications

Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
Communication:
Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general tech-savviness.

Soft Skills:

Strong multitasking abilities, superior time management, and a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Spoken and written skill of Hindi, Tamil, and/or Arabic would be an added advantage
Immediate availability to join is required.
