Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role located in Kochi. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day office operations, handle administrative tasks, organize office equipment, coordinate communications, and provide excellent customer service.

Working Hours – 1pm till 9pm.

Key Responsibilities

Manage office documentation, records, and electronic filing systems.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Coordinate schedules for site engineers and subcontractors to support project delivery.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving queries and maintaining strong relationships.

Prepare and maintain work related documents.

Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate works and materials.

Monitor site progress, organise site photographs, and escalate issues when required.

Prepare work related documents and sent to the client after obtaining the approval from the manager.

Provide general administrative support for office and site operations.

Experience & Skills

Confident communicating with clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Strong English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS Band 7 or above).

Experience in office administration or project support, preferably within construction or engineering.

Strong document control and coordination experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Experience using Zoho, accounting software, and cloud storage platforms such as Dropbox.

Education & Personal Attributes

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Microbiology) or related field.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Team-focused, disciplined, punctual, and professional.

Motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
