Role
Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual content across digital and print media. This role involves supporting marketing campaigns, internal communications, and brand promotions while managing multiple design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop professional-grade images and videos for digital and print media.
Create eye-catching posters and promotional materials for social media marketing campaigns.
Design and format internal newsletters.
Manage the design and production of printed materials, including brochures, , flyers, awards, folders, and certificates.
Coordinate and manage photo shoots for staff , profiles, and branding needs.
Stay up to date with current design and social media trends and implement best practices.
Create and oversee monthly promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with the company’s privacy policy and GDPR guidelines.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Maintain a deep understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, Linked In, etc.) and tailor content accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in creative design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
