Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Personal Assistant to provide seamless executive support to the CEO / Managing Director. This role demands exceptional professionalism, strict confidentiality, leadership maturity, reporting accuracy, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced executive environment. The candidate will also be expected to represent the MD’s office and lead coordination across teams in the absence of the MD or senior officials, ensuring business continuity and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide high-level executive support including calendar, meeting, and travel management.
● Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
● Act as a strategic liaison between the CEO/MD and internal/external stakeholders.
● Maintain strict confidentiality of business data, leadership discussions, and strategic decisions.
● Track strategic initiatives, follow-ups, and priority deliverables.
● Support board meetings, leadership reviews, and investor communication.
● Lead internal coordination and ensure smooth workflow in the absence of the MD or senior officials.
● Oversee task execution across departments when delegated by leadership.
● Handle executive correspondence, screening calls, and prioritizing high-impact communications.
Qualification
● 4–5 years of proven experience working directly with CEO / MD / CXO-level executives.
● Postgraduate degree, MA or MBA
● Strong executive presence with leadership maturity.
● Exceptional reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
● High attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to lead and coordinate teams when required.
● Strong decision-making and problem-solving capability.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● High integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
