About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Domestic Tours Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth and lead a team of sales executives handling domestic holiday packages. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Domestic Tour Sales Executives
Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Monitor daily sales performance and conversion ratios
Implement sales strategies to increase bookings
Handle key customer queries and escalations
Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and product teams
Maintain CRM updates and prepare sales MIS reports
Conduct training and performance review sessions
