Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our Alaska operations. This is an opportunity to lead field operations on complex construction projects while working with a collaborative team that values safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

$145,000-$165,000 DOE

• Lead all field construction activities and personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Develop and manage project schedules, daily reports, field quality checklists, punch lists, commissioning activities, and project closeout processes
• Coordinate site logistics plans, project office setup, site inspections, and overall jobsite operations
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, self‑performed work, and multiple trades throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and approve monthly subcontractor and vendor billings
• Implement corporate safety requirements, project‑specific safety plans, and hazard analysis plans
• Mentor and develop Foremen and field personnel to support long‑term organizational growth
• Participate in business development and estimating efforts within your area of expertise
• Maintain working knowledge of owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Travel as required to support project needs

• 10+ years of experience managing general construction projects valued at $10M+ in Alaska (Climate Zone
  8)
• Experience managing construction projects on military installations strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success managing multiple trades, subcontractors, and self‑performed work operations
• Strong knowledge of building construction means and methods, drawings, specifications, and project execution
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction scheduling software
• OSHA 30 Certification required
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
