FTE needed: 0.25 FTE (need no more than a week a month to complement employed relief coverage)

Setting:
Inpatient and Outpatient
- If Inpatient, number of beds: 25 (5 labor and delivery)
- Rounding and admissions
- There is always a second OBGYN on call, 24/7 ED and hospitalist
- Patient demographics:
Primarily adult, some peds/geriatric - Average patients per day: 10 in clinic, 0-2 labor and delivery
- Required Procedures:
Full scope, general OB GYN;
No expectation for scheduled surgeries unless another hand or first assistant is needed.
- Applicant must provide documentation of provision of endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months
- Licensed Candidate: AK license and active DEA required
- Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable): BLS
- EMR: EPIC
