Kodiak College CAMP Coordinator

Kodiak College is seeking applicants for a College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP) Coordinator.

We're looking for someone who connect with people and can communicate effectively with students from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with migrant, seasonal, or other underserved communities is a plus, as is bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, English and Tagalog, or English and Alutiiq.

We'd also love to see experience coordinating programs or events and a general understanding of higher education, especially within a community college setting.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work (or a related field) and two years relevant experience, or commensurate experience.

This position is located on the Kodiak College campus on Kodiak Island. This is a full-time, non-exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 79, based on education and experience.
